A Friendly Otter Took an Interest in Building a Friendship with an Ape from Brookfield Zoo

Sometimes animals have to share habitats with other species in zoos. It is better than living alone in a huge cage.

Recently in Chicago’s Brookfield Zoo, an otter got curious when he noticed a new roommate. The little critter wasn’t afraid of the bigger gibbon and even sniffed to learn more about him.

The video was very funny as the little otter was so curious. The zoo staff explained that it was normal for animals to show curiosity about almost everything moving around them.
